Paul has been an integral part of the ProtaTECH team since 2007, bringing over 15 years of invaluable experience to the table. Holding a B.S. in Physics and a Masters in Information Technology and Business Management, Paul has established himself as a versatile professional with a diverse skill set.

Throughout his career, Paul has held various roles including systems analyst, functional specialist, and consultant, collaborating with esteemed companies such as Frost & Sullivan and Countrywide Home Insurance. At ProtaTECH, Paul's expertise shines as he collaborates with architecture specialists in the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions.

One of Paul's notable contributions is the creation of our Credentialing applications and the innovative Workforce Information System Hosted (WISH) system. The WISH system has been instrumental in streamlining the hiring, scheduling, and deployment processes for large-scale security staff, notably during events like the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Paul is well-versed in a multitude of methodologies, including Agile and CMM+, and is adept at navigating multi-platform environments, with a specialization in Microsoft Technologies. His proficiency and adaptability make him a valuable asset to the ProtaTECH team, consistently delivering robust solutions to complex challenges.

Yogesh Kumar

Yogesh Kumar's journey with ProtaTECH began in 2006, marking over 12 years of dedicated service in the realm of technology and programming. Currently holding the esteemed position of Vice President – Product Development, Yogesh brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.

Graduating with a B.TECH in computer science from Maharishi Dayanand University, Yogesh has honed his skills as a seasoned software architect, actively engaged in the architecture, design, and implementation of software architectures, service-oriented architectures, and Distributed systems. With a career spanning back to 2004, Yogesh boasts significant proficiency in application, integration, and enterprise architecture, making him a pillar of strength within the industry.

While Yogesh primarily focuses on software development in Microsoft technologies, his versatility extends to encompass Java, Android, and iOS platforms. His track record speaks volumes, having delivered stellar web solutions and mobile applications for prominent events such as the Rose Bowl games and the Sport Accord International Federation meet.

Darryl Burnett

Product Support Manager

Before working with ProtaTECH, Darryl Started workging for a major Corwd Managemnt Company, in 1997. Starting as an Staff member, he earned his degree in Computer Information Systems and became a Manager of Information Systems. In 2004, he brought his knowledge and expertise to ProtaTECH. Darryl has worked directly alongside of ProtaTECH’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Abraham Kumar, and has helped in the development of the company’s scheduling and management software, WISH.

He also helped create the program SORT, a training module that aids in Security Officer training. Alongside of aiding in the creation of these programs, he has personally trained multiple clients, locally and nationally, in how to effectively use these programs and excel with them. Most of the courses provided are often voiced by him.

Darryl’s vast knowledge of technology is still often used in the field by Companies in the Venue/Crowd Management industry for major events such as the Super Bowl and Rose Bowl. His performance and skills always surpass expectation and has made him an effective Manager for ProtaTECH’s important programs, such as SORT and TCM, as well as their entire support team.

Desiree De Anda

Desiree De Anda joined ProtaTECH in 2007 as a Business Training Analyst, marking the beginning of her successful career journey. She played a pivotal role in training new employees of Contemporary Services Corporation on WISH, ProtaTECH's innovative online workforce management system. Known for her unwavering commitment to efficiency and productivity, Desiree has been instrumental in streamlining workflows within the team.

Her valuable input and strategic vision were instrumental in transitioning SORT from a conceptual idea to a functional operational system in 2008. Following the successful launch of the program, Desiree actively engaged in training administrators and developing comprehensive support documentation for both administrators and end-users.

In 2010, Desiree made significant contributions to GSS, ProtaTECH's Games Security Screening Training Program used during the Vancouver Olympics. Additionally, she participated in the development of IAVM's online Trained Crowd Manager course, showcasing her expertise and dedication to professional development.

In 2012, Desiree further expanded her skill set by completing various ADP trainings, subsequently joining the support team for ADP applications. Building on her expertise, she assumed the role of ADP Support Manager for ADP and Payroll in 2014, demonstrating her continuous growth and leadership within the organization.

Fabian Blache III

Fabian brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the leadership team of ProtaTECH. With a background in law enforcement and homeland security, he has served in various capacities, starting as a police officer with the New York City Police Department (NYPD) in the 1980s. His career then led him to Louisiana, where he worked as a Special Agent with the Louisiana Department of Justice and later as the Homeland Security Section Chief under Governor Bobby Jindal's administration.

Throughout his career, Fabian has excelled in security, investigations, law enforcement, as well as private security licensure and regulatory functions, culminating in being elected as a two-term President of the International Association of Security & Investigative Regulators (IASIR). He is also the visionary behind the S.U.R.G.E. Certification (Security Urgent Response Global Endorsement), a groundbreaking global solution that mitigates training disparities for security professionals worldwide, powered by ProtaTECH technology.

Fabian holds degrees in Criminal Justice Administration and Homeland Security and is a Certified Homeland Protection Professional (CHPP) and Occupational Safety & Health Professional (OSHP). Known for his dynamic presentation style and extensive empirical experience, he is a sought-after keynote speaker, and security consultant both in the United States and abroad.

At ProtaTECH, Fabian is focused on expanding ProtaTECH SORT (Security Officer Regulation Training) and forging cross-border relationships to enable the rapid deployment of trained security practitioners during all-hazards responses. His leadership and vision are instrumental in driving ProtaTECh's commitment to excellence in security training and preparedness.
